Loom Graphic offers custom, 100% human-created graphic design services including logos, brand identity, illustrations, animations, marketing materials, and vector conversions.

• Orders are placed through the website with a clear project brief.
• Payment is required in advance (full or deposit) via PayPal or credit/debit card.
• All prices are in USD (or as displayed). We start work after payment confirmation.

We provide unlimited reasonable revisions within the original project scope. Major changes outside the brief may require additional fees or a new order.

Upon full payment and final approval, you receive all source and final files (AI, SVG, EPS, PNG, JPG, etc.) and full commercial ownership rights.

• You retain ownership of any materials you supply.
• After full payment, you own the final approved work.
• We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio (unless you explicitly request otherwise).
• You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights. We recommend conducting trademark searches.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in feedback may extend delivery timelines.

Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
