Refund Policy

Because our graphic design services are custom-made and personalized digital content, refunds are limited under Serbian consumer protection regulations (Consumer Protection Act).

1. 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Distance Contracts)

For online purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days from order confirmation without giving any reason — but only if we have not started work or delivered initial concepts.

To exercise this right: Email info@loomgraphic.com clearly stating your withdrawal intention.

We will refund within 14 days to the original payment method (minus any transaction fees incurred).

2. Exceptions – No Withdrawal or Refund After Work Begins

Because our services are fully custom and personalized, refunds are limited once meaningful work has begun. However, we always aim to find a fair solution if expectations are not met.

  • We have started working on your project (after brief review)
  • Initial concepts have been delivered
  • Revisions have begun
  • The project is completed and approved
3. Other Refund Situations (At Our Discretion)
  • Full refund if you cancel before we start work (preferably within 24 hours of payment)
  • Partial or full refund if we are unable to deliver concepts aligned with your brief after reasonable attempts and collaboration.
  • Full refund for duplicate or accidental orders caused by technical issues
4. No Refunds For
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after initial concepts or reasonable revisions have been provided in line with the original brief.
  • Projects that are completed and approved
  • Delays or issues caused by late client feedback or incomplete briefs
5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@loomgraphic.com with your order ID and reason for the request.

We will review within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We stand behind our promise of unlimited reasonable revisions. If something isn’t right, communicate with us early — we are committed to making it perfect within the agreed scope.
